Elisha has spent over 20 years in executive leadership within the non-profit sector in Martin County, primarily serving as the Executive Branch Director for the YMCA of the Treasure Coast, Stuart campus. She is now the VP of Growth & Development for State Insurance Group, where she continues to foster relationships and bring energy to strategic planning. Her passion for the Air Show comes from her father's 20 years of service on the SAS Flight Line, where he currently serves as the SAS Flight Line Chief. Elisha began volunteering in 2010 and has been involved in various volunteer operations, ranging from hospitality to community engagement. She now serves as the Volunteer Chair, helping to ensure that volunteers remain a vital part of the Stuart Air Show operations.
